I had previously injured my shoulder due to a minor car accident. More than six months of physical therapy did not help. I could not lift anything more than five pounds, such as a gallon of milk. If I tried to, my shoulder would swell and hurt. The pain sometimes extended to my neck. My head seemed to be unsupported. My sleep was affected by this as well. After 108 days of Energy Bagua practice, my shoulder problem improved and I could lift slightly heavier things, such as office printing paper. As for sleep, I used to regularly wake up at 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning, which resulted in feeling sleepy during the day. My work efficiency was affected by the poor sleep quality. After 108 days of Energy Bagua, I clearly feel the improvement in my energy. I don’t feel sleepy after a day of work. In addition, because I used to work in a bank, I did not eat regularly. This led to gastrointestinal problems. After eating bread or rice, I often had acid reflux. This caused my throat to be very uncomfortable throughout the day. This situation was greatly improved after practicing Energy Bagua.
During the pandemic, I began to practice less because I could not walk Energy Bagua outside. I only practiced one or two days a week. As a result, I found that after only a half-day of work, my body would feel like it was being pressed by a heavy weight. This was very uncomfortable. I often felt sleepy.
When I attended the 7-Day Energy Bagua Elementary Class, my energy was restored. I used to rush to cook dinner when I got home, and had to rest after the meal. This meant I didn’t have the energy to talk to my family. My family noticed that now I have the energy to chat with them. They said that my complexion has changed for the better. This made me realize that I have to be consistent in my practice, and cherish the methods taught by Grandmaster, in order to improve my health.
