On the afternoon of Sunday, June 1, Bodhi Meditation New York launched a new Happy Times event. Practitioners, both new and longtime, gathered to enjoy a beautiful afternoon filled with relaxation, laughter, and joy.

Energizing Start · Gentle Dance to Awaken the Body

The event began with a light and fun dance session led by our instructor. Through simple movements, everyone stretched, moved their limbs, and released the stress and fatigue from the past week. As the music played, smiles spread and energy lifted—every gesture carried joy and encouragement. The room was filled with a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere.

Tea & Talk · Warm Moments with Pu’er Tea

After the dance, we eased into a cozy tea break. The Meditation Center thoughtfully prepared fragrant tea and delicious treats. Everyone gathered, sipping tea and sharing stories and laughter. In this warm and welcoming space, hearts grew closer and the joy of connection flowed naturally.

Wisdom Sharing · Gratitude and Protecting Our Blessings

With the scent of tea still lingering, everyone sat quietly to listen to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s compassionate teachings. In clear and profound words, Grandmaster guided us to reflect on how to preserve our blessings and reminded us to cherish what we have and live simply. Every word was powerful and tender. Many said, “It truly touched my heart.”

Energy Healing · Self-Massage

Next came one of the most beloved segments—energy healings and self-massage. Under Grandmaster’s compassionate energy healing, everyone felt their bodies and minds unwind, as if wrapped in a soft, radiant light that brought deep healing and support.

Afterward, we learned self-massage techniques with Grandmaster, exploring key acupressure points that benefit the body. As we practiced, everyone immediately felt more relaxed and at ease. The entire Meditation Center was filled with calm and contentment.
