Eight years ago, Ah Yoke experienced stiffness and numbness from her left neck to shoulder, scapula, and even her entire back. She sought both Western and traditional Chinese medical treatments, but none could provide a permanent cure. She believed that she would have to live with this discomfort for the rest of her life. However, after seeing many testimonials on Grandmaster JinBodhi's YouTube channel about Energy Bagua, she decided to enroll for a class at the Bodhi Meditation Center. After practicing Energy Bagua for 100 days, her cervical stiffness was completely resolved.

Zhiyan was only in her thirties when her cartilage was so worn off that small pieces had broken off. The knee pain made it difficult for her to enjoy a happy family life. Surgery and physiotherapy did not help in reducing her pain. However, after attending the 8.5-Day Health and Happiness Retreat at Bodhi Meditation, her knee pain disappeared and she regained strength in her legs. She can now fully embrace a happy and active lifestyle with her two children and has a happy family life.

Being overworked, Judy had to take a three-month break. However, she never fully recovered back to her original condition. She had to rush to finish her lunch every day to so she could take a nap before continuing her afternoon work. She would feel dizzy when she was under stress or worked at a fast pace. One month of Energy Bagua freed her from the need to take a nap. She felt energetic all day, her arthritis became better and her weak legs became stronger.
