Limb Pain

A recent visit to her country reminded Cristina of the benefit of attending the 8.5-Day Health & Happiness Retreat. The advent of the pandemic during her visit stranded her alone for eight months. Already depressed and in pain, this affected her deeply. Fortunately, she had a CD of Grandmaster JinBodhi’s chanting. By chanting and prostrating every day, she managed her depression and pain until she could return to the U.S. Her first thought was to take an 8.5-Day Health & Happiness Retreat because of past positive results. As a result of the Retreat, she experienced leg and hip pain relief and recovery from depression. She is thankful for the stress relief and flexibility that she received. She is happy!
