On November 16, 2025, Bodhi Meditation New York held a grand “Golden Harvest Carnival” to celebrate the great and compassionate Medicine Buddha’s Birthday, with activities taking place simultaneously at the meditation center and the hotel venue. The day was bright and sunny, warm and peaceful, as if bathing everyone’s joy and prayers in a golden blessing. The entire event concluded beautifully under the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the enthusiastic participation of all attendees.

I. Meditation Center · Serene Joy and Buddha’s Radiant Light

Early in the morning, volunteers arrived at the Center in high spirits. Led by teachers, everyone respectfully offered incense and bowed to the Buddha, expressing gratitude for the Medicine Buddha’s blessings and Grandmaster JinBodhi’s compassionate protection, and welcoming this beautiful day with the purest and most reverent hearts.

Surrounded by fragrance and soft light, the atmosphere radiated gratitude, tenderness, and heartfelt joy.

At the Center of the Medicine Buddha Hall, the blessing of Moonlight Bodhisattva bestowed a precious wave of compassion, shielding everyone from negativity and bringing peace, health, longevity, and auspiciousness.

Light offerings symbolize wisdom and hope. One radiant light after another was lit before the Buddha—some offered lights for their families, praying for safety and health; some for their careers, hoping for clarity ahead; others for themselves, seeking strength and inner illumination. Light after light, these offerings together brightened every heartfelt wish.

Adults and children gathered around the tables to knead dough and shape small longevity peaches, each filled with heartfelt blessings. The peaches were then reverently offered to the Buddha, praying for peace, health, and long-lasting fortune.

🔹 Wishing Tree · The Most Beautiful Wishes Hung with Love

Everyone wrote down their heartfelt wishes—for family, work, life, health, and inner peace. With sincere prayers, leaf-shaped wish cards covered the entire wishing wall, shining with the power of blessings and aspiration, lighting up the meditation center.

II. Hotel Venue · Colorful Joy and Bustling Energy

Stepping into the hotel venue was to enter another world of festive joy—crowds everywhere, constant laughter, children running and playing, and adults happily chatting and reconnecting. It was a lively celebration of human warmth and happiness!
